1. No Returns or Refunds Policy
At InnoHealthShop, we take great care in ensuring that all products meet high-quality standards before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Any item not reported as defective or damaged within 48 hours of delivery.
